On 17th May 2013 I will be setting off from John O'Groats with my good buddy William on an epic cycle trip to Land's End. This is a huge personal challenge for both of us but we hope to complete the 950'ish mile trip in 10.5 days, arriving at Land's End on the Bank Holiday Monday.

We are raising funds for Surf Action, a relatively new charity that helps servicemen and women, as well as their families, to cope with the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and physical injuries. Through meeting the founding members of Surf Action, and gaining a better understanding of how surfing and connecting with the natural environment can help alleviate the impact of PTSD, I am proud to be flying the flag for this fantastic charity.
